Jeff is a global thought leader with 25 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, and finance, supporting Fortune 500 companies. He has helped organizations worldwide quantify workforce ROI and identify cost-saving opportunities of up to $1 billion USD.

His career includes finance roles at Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, and Klune Industries, as well as senior HR leadership positions at Countrywide Financial, IndyMac Bank, and Inform.
